What we provide. Newlysaid is a digital wedding-guestbook service: guests scan a QR code to leave messages and photos, and couples receive an online guestbook, a digital PDF keepsake, and the option of a printed hardcover book.
Your account & event. You're responsible for the information you enter and for keeping any activation code or access link reasonably secure. You agree to provide accurate details.
Guest-submitted content. Messages and photos are submitted by your guests, not by us. We don't monitor or pre-screen guest submissions and aren't responsible for content guests provide. Couples can hide or remove any message from their dashboard. You and your guests agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, obscene, or that violates anyone's rights. We may remove content or suspend an event that violates these terms.
Your content, your rights. You and your guests keep ownership of the messages and photos submitted. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and reproduce that content solely to provide the service to you (for example, to show it in your guestbook and print your book).
Purchases & printing. Purchases are generally made through our Etsy shop and are subject to Etsy's policies as well as these terms. Printed books are produced by a third-party print partner; production and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Because keepsakes are personalized, printed items may not be returnable except in the case of a defect or production error — please see the applicable Etsy listing for details.
Availability. We work hard to keep the service running but don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Please download your keepsake promptly rather than relying on indefinite availability.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Newlysaid is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
